Another tooth

Just because she is cute.

So I knew that Sadie was getting in one of her molars, today while we were playing I decided to check and she has her other top molar cutting through. It is hard for me to tell when her teeth are coming in because her gums never seem to get swollen. She still only has 3 on bottom and I keep wondering when the rest will come in. That makes 9 teeth in all. Scott and I aren't sure what we are going to be doing in the next few months. He is in between jobs and neither of those seem to have much work. We are staying optimistic though, we know that as long as we do what we are supposed to we will be able to find something. Oh and in other news Scott and I are trying to sell his 1962 Lincoln Continental. He is very sad about it, but it isn't doing us much good just sitting and we could use the money. So if anyone is looking for one I know where you can find one.

Catching Up

So it has been sometime since I last posted anything. I thought I would catch up on the last few weeks so there are 8 new posts including this one. Not much has been happening with us lately that would warrant me talking about it. Enjoy.

Birthday Part 2- Cake

So Sadie's birthday was a couple of weeks ago on the 13th. We had a party with family and friends. It was awesome because my parents showed up as a surprise. They didn't want to miss their first granddaughters first birthday. I still can't believe that it has been a year since I was at the hospital going through all that I did to finally have her here. She is such a blessing in our lives. She is smart and funny, and can have quite the attitude when she wants to. She is a total sweetheart and I am so glad she is mine. The video below is of her eating her cake, it is long but super funny.

When the weather is nice we like to play outside. Sadie has been a lot better about not putting things in her mouth so we venture out more and more.


Sadie is learning to climb stairs. It is a little scary because every time I open the door that is where she goes.

We went out to Great Grandpa Hancock's house to take some pictures of Scott's Lincoln. It was such a warm and beautiful day. It was a good day for pictures.

Today Sadie got to wear a shirt that her cousins got for her. They race motorcycles and thought this would be cool. Scott and I both think she looks awesome. I kept trying to get pictures of her in it and I got this series of images I thought were funny.
